Duties and Taxes
When shipping to Canada, the European Union, China, Australia, Singapore, or the United Arab Emirates (Dubai Only), duties and/or taxes will only be collected in cart for purchases in Singapore during checkout process. For all other orders, Infiniti Jewels does not collect taxes and duties upfront in the cart at time of purchase. Upon receipt of your shipment you will be responsible for all applicable taxes and duties, payable to Customs or the shipping carrier.

Every item we send comes in our signature Infiniti Jewels packaging. Engagement rings arrive in an elegant box ready for your proposal. With the signature Infiniti Jewels packaging also comes your in-house certificate. With all GIA graded diamonds purchased from Infiniti Jewels, comes the GIA grading report. Loose diamonds are presented in a secured box that will hold the diamond in perfect condition.
Hold For Pickup and Other Alternate Delivery Options
If your purchase is a surprise, or you are unable to be home for delivery, you may arrange for your package to be held at a Fedex Hold For Pick-Up location where it will be held for up to five business days until retrieved by you, or the person you designate. Tracking Your Order
Your order status page provides the latest updates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes Fedex tracking information.
Signature Requirements for Delivery
Due to COVID-19, carrier policies are changing; FedEx may not require a signature upon delivery. For more information, please see the policies for Fedex. Please make arrangements for someone to be at the shipping destination.
